1/2 inch Black Gator board is a very stable substrate for mounting and construction. Ships in package of 8 sheets

Black surface and black core.
Much stronger then foam board, but about the same weight.
Rigid polystyrene foam core laminated between two veneers of resin-impregnated wood fiber. For use in constructing displays, photo and sign mounting and any where where a strong rigid lightweight board is required or desired.
Provides an ideal combination of minimal weight and high load capacity.
